Manifesto

So creatively I go by Kaybox. I’m a designer and maker who treats creating as a way of thinking β€” where functionality, storytelling, and experimentation meet.

I used to sketch endlessly, filling pages and screens with ideas, until I realized I no longer wanted my imagination trapped there. Becoming a maker changed my entire design ethos. Working with materials taught me that touch reveals things sketches never can. Now, I sketch not to design, but to understand what my hands are about to create.

My work is shaped by memes, film, history, architecture, artists, daily behavior, materials, and my inner child β€” the place where imagination feels most honest. I’m also someone who dislikes waste materials, which often pushes me to invent and give materials a second life. Through that process, I discover forms and functions I could’ve never planned for.

Rather than building one fixed identity, I’m developing three different worlds, each carrying its own mood and way of thinking:

β€” Bambooism β†’ invention, theatrical thinking, material-led design

β€” Dough β†’ function, everyday behavior, unnoticed solutions

β€” Kaybox Made β†’ fast, instinctive creations driven by curiosity

The goal isn’t simply to create three brands, but to expand creative opportunity by designing in different states of mind.
